Well, sure, I haven’t been blogging original thoughts lately, but definitely crazy busy. As predicted, the business is bubbling down to the rest of us, and I am certainly no exception.
Big projects underway include
- Data mart / fledgling data warehouse implementation – I am acting as lead architect and project manager
- Hyperion Financial Management implementation – again, project manager
- Ongoing management of application support resources for our QAD implementation
- Biggest effort here is in support of prioritization process
- Doing some estimating / prelim stuff around a few more projects.
